Our Programs & Classes

Tang Soo Do, it's a lifestyle.


Students and enthusiasts of Tang Soo Do have many reasons for their interest in this martial art style. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives, while still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

Our martial arts program is designed to develop confident, self reliant, goal oriented individuals. Our agenda is the development of personal growth and acheiving the ability to reach beyond our own perceived limitations. Over a period of time, rank is earned through loyalty, discipline and maturity. At no time will rank ever be granted as a purchase.

  • TANG SOO DO - HUDSON TRACE DOJANG
    BEGINNERS: Students will learn the primary techniques of Tang Soo Do by concentrating on basic skills as well as fundamental self defense techniques.

    BEGINNER CLASSES:
    TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS at 6:30pm & SATURDAYS at 9:30am.



    ADVANCED: This program is designed for martial arts students who have acheived an intermediate to advanced level of martial arts training.

    ADVANCED CLASSES:
    MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS at 6:00pm & SATURDAYS at 10:30am.


    KYO SAH NIM "ELITE" TRAINING (Blackbelts Only):
    Training and Continuing Education
    Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm - 8:00pm


    Fees: $45 month


  • FORT GORDON KARATE PROGRAM

  • Classes:
    Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm to 6:00pm
    in the Boss Building located on Lane Ave. Contact Fort Gordon CYS for details.

  • PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
    For those serious about fitness and self improvement. Private one on one sessions. Includes weight training and cardiovascular workouts. By appointment only.
